Pieces in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, however, if you have a tight deadline please get in touch and Emma will endeavour to dispatch your item sooner.

The nature of any jewellery commissions is that the dispatch time will vary. When you contact Emma about your request she will be able to inform you of estimated dispatch timings.

Returns & Exchanges

Emma hopes that you are happy with your piece but in the event that you would like to return or exchange your item you must contact emmagibsonjewellery@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of your piece.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for any earrings.

The cost of returning any pieces is the responsibility of the buyer, please note, delivery costs are nonrefundable.
